mucci360

A Virtual Tour Company

About Us

Joan Mucciolo

Founder of mucci360, Joan graduated Iona College in 1977 with a B.A. Degree in Speech/Communication Arts. She then embarked on her professional creative artistic career that same year as a costume designer for the Iona College Summer Theatre Festival in New York. She continued as a costume designer for other off-Broadway productions until 1980, when she attended New York's Fashion Institute of Technology (FIT), graduating in 1985.

She worked several years as a fashion designer for Bon Jour and other firms until 1988 when she joined MediaNet, A Presentation Skills Company in NYC as a senior graphics designer.

It was at MediaNet that she honed her eye for computer graphics and high quality photography.  After nearly 20 years in the corporate environment, Joan decided to lend her photographic and design skills to the real estate market.

Noting a lack of quality photography in the real estate market, in 2005 Joan launched mucci360, as a Virtual Tour Company focusing on 360-degree interactive "tours" of homes and businesses to give buyers a true sense of a property from a variety of viewing angles.

As mucci360's client base grew, other services were added including virtual staging (for empty or newly constructed spaces), 3D interactive floor plans, and Arial Drone Photography.

Since its inception, mucci360 had compiled over 7,000 virtual tours in a variety of areas in New Jersey, NY and CT.

Pete Mucciolo

In 2012, Pete Mucciolo joined mucci360 as a videographer and later honed his skills as a licensed Arial Drone Specialist. Using hi-definition video cameras and hi-tech video editing software, Pete adds another dimension to the virtual tours that allow standard properties look priceless.

Pete is also an accomplished photographer and graphics editor which allows him to put an entire tour package together in record time.

As Business Director of mucci360, Pete manages all the marketing and sales programs, including working with affiliate photographers and designers on larger, more complex projects.
