• Home owners cannot participate in photo shoot (agent only)
• No staging (rooms are shot as-is); No virtual tour
• Must be 20 mins or less driving distance from Paramus
• 3 bedrooms or less; No amenities

*All can be added for ala carte pricing. If staging is needed, it must be booked in 30, 60, 90 or 120-minute slots
